Butterscotch is a sweet boy who can take a little time to warm up to new people, but once he does, his friendly, energetic personality shines through. He loves spending time with his humans and is always happy to be part of the action.

He is currently learning his toilet training and is making good progress. Butterscotch can be quite vocal in his kennel, which may be due to some separation anxiety, but he settles well once he's with his people. He is still learning how to interact with other dogs and would benefit from continued positive exposure and controlled introductions. While he did react during one interaction, it appeared to come from uncertainty rather than aggression.

Butterscotch is looking for a patient home that will continue building his confidence through positive training and socialisation. With time, guidance and plenty of love, he has all the potential to become a wonderful and loyal companion.
