Care Bear may have had a rough start to life, but you’d never guess it from the way she loves. Despite her past, she warms up quite quickly and is an incredibly cuddly, affectionate girl who truly enjoys being close to her people. When she first came into our care, she was petrified of males, but she has already shown beautiful progress and is gaining confidence every day. With the right guidance and continued positive experiences, she will only keep improving. With other dogs, Care Bear is friendly and fairly easygoing. She’s been comfortable around dogs of a similar size, happily having a few sniffs and even spending time off lead without issue. While she hasn’t shown much interest in play just yet, she is relaxed in their company and shows no signs of jealousy. She has also met a more active male dog and responded well, though she did show some interest in chasing, suggesting she may have a higher prey drive. Care Bear would suit a loving home that can continue to build her confidence and provide her with the safety she’s been missing. In return, she’ll give you all the cuddles and affection you could ever need
