Mochi is a sweet girl who is still finding her confidence in the world. She can be quite nervous when first meeting new people and when out and about, so she'll need a patient, understanding owner who can help her feel safe and build her confidence over time. Once Mochi warms up to you, though, you'll have a little shadow by your side! She absolutely loves her people and gets very excited to see her favourite humans, sometimes even jumping up to greet you face-to-face, so she'll need some guidance with her manners.

We've also noticed that Mochi doesn't like being left alone outside in the yard and much prefers having her people nearby. She'll need a family who is willing to work patiently on building her confidence and helping her feel safe when spending time outside independently. This should be done gradually, with plenty of positive reinforcement and reassurance, allowing her to progress at her own pace.

Mochi has been introduced to other dogs but has shown us that she would much rather avoid them and doesn't want any canine companions. She will need to be the only dog in the household, where she can feel comfortable and enjoy all the love and attention for herself. Mochi would benefit from an experienced owner who understands her needs and can provide consistent guidance, positive training and reassurance as she continues to grow in confidence.

With time, patience and the right support, Mochi has the potential to blossom into a loving and loyal companion. Once she trusts you, she'll be your devoted little shadow, always wanting to be close to her favourite person.
