Nicki is a sensitive girl who can become easily overwhelmed in new environments and unfamiliar situations. She’s still learning how to navigate the world at her own pace and will do best with a calm, understanding home that can give her the time and space she needs to settle in. Nicki truly loves the company of other dogs and really enjoys playtime, however she is still learning how to regulate herself. She hasn’t yet found a dog confident enough to let her know when she’s being a bit too much, so she will need guidance and support to help her understand boundaries and switch off when playtime is over. She can be a little shy when meeting new people and would suit a quieter household with no young children. An experienced adopter who understands dog behaviour and can help Nicki manage both her sensitive side and her playful energy will give her the best chance to thrive. With patience, consistency, and the right support, Nicki has the potential to grow into a well-balanced, happy companion in the right home.
