Lucky is a girl who seems to have had a tough start in life, but recently she’s been coming good and slowly showing us the beautiful dog she’s capable of being. She can be nervous and submissive at first, taking her time to trust, but once she feels safe her personality starts to shine and she can even get a little boisterous when she’s comfortable. Lucky will need an adult-only, single-dog home where she can feel secure and not have to compete for attention. She doesn’t enjoy the company of young children and can be protective of her people, so she’ll need a confident, strong owner who can continue her training and provide clear boundaries. She walks on lead and has a great foundation, but she will benefit from ongoing guidance and consistency. Most of all, Lucky is incredibly cuddly once she trusts you. With the right person, someone patient, experienced, and willing to help her keep growing, she will form a deeply loyal and loving bond.
