Amity is a beautiful, boisterous girl who is ready to find a home of her own. She’s a real “people dog” who adores attention and loves being involved in whatever you’re doing. With her happy energy and affectionate nature, she’ll make a loyal and fun companion for the right person. Amity does still have some training needs—her enthusiasm can sometimes get the better of her, and she’ll benefit from consistent guidance to help her shine. She may also experience a little separation anxiety, so she’s best suited to a home where someone is around most of the time to keep her company and provide reassurance. Her previous owner has let us know that Amity has lived with cats before, which makes her a great option for households with feline friends. However, Amity isn’t looking to share the spotlight with another dog—she would much prefer to be the only canine in the home so she can soak up all the love and attention. Because of her size, strength, and exuberant personality, Amity will thrive in an adult-only home with someone confident and committed to continuing her training.
