Affectionately known as "Winkie" around the shelter, Bull Winkle wants to be with his people as often as possible and may well have some separation anxiety. How well he will settle once he has some stability in his life we are unsure so he will certainly need a human companion who is available to him most of the time. He does not have a lot of confidence or experience around other dogs at this stage but that will certainly improve with time as he gains more social skills
