El Capitán is a sweet boy who likes to do things on his own terms. He has his own unique personality and, while he may not always be seeking attention, he has a gentle side that shines through when he feels comfortable and ready to engage.

El Capitán appears to be looking for a home where he can be the only cat and enjoy having his own space and routine. He does not want to share his life with a feline buddy, so he will need to be the sole cat in his new home. A secure cat run could also be a wonderful addition, giving him the opportunity to safely enjoy some fresh air and enrichment while remaining indoors.

At this stage, we do not know how El Capitán would feel about living with a dog, so his compatibility with canine companions will need to be assessed carefully. For the right adopter, who is happy to respect his boundaries and let him show his affection in his own time, El Capitán. could be a lovely companion.
