Impala arrived at the shelter as a stray and is still learning that people can be safe and trustworthy. While she can be timid and reserved initially, with patience and understanding her sweet and gentle personality begins to shine through.
Impala is looking for a calm and patient adopter who can offer her a quiet home environment where she can settle in at her own pace and continue building confidence. She will need time to adjust to new surroundings, but with consistency, kindness, and gentle encouragement, we believe she will flourish in the right home.
Having another friendly and confident feline companion in the home will be very important for Impala, as she takes comfort from other cats and would greatly benefit from having a social role model to help bring her out of her shell.
