• Shy but gently building confidence
• Loves other cats and must live with a feline companion
• Indoors only
• Best suited to a quiet, experienced adult home or a home with respectful teenagers
Humerus arrived at SADS with his siblings and, while initially very fearful and unsure of human attention, he is slowly starting to come out of his shell. Humerus, alongside his sister, Funny Bones, arrived after both battling a severe case of cat flu, and have been on a gentle journey of recovery ever since. With time, patience, and a calm environment, he is showing encouraging signs of growing confidence.
Humerus absolutely adores the company of other cats and takes comfort in having feline friends nearby. Because of this, he will need to be adopted with Funny Bones or into a home with a friendly, confident resident cat who can help him continue to build confidence.
With gentle, positive handling and a consistent routine, Humerus will continue to grow in confidence and learn to feel safe in his new home.
Due to his sensitive nature, Humerus will be best suited to a quiet home with experienced adopters. A calm adult household or one with respectful teenagers will give him the space he needs to feel safe and continue to blossom.
Please note that Humerus is currently in foster care.
