Rocky and Rambo are two sisters who were abandoned under a letter box with 2 other siblings at 3 days of age with no mum. We adopted RnR in Sept 2012 when they were close to 7 months old. Turns out white cats are very hard to find forever homes because of their risk to cancer and need to be indoors only. Rocky and Rambo settled into their new home quickly.
Rocky is very shy in front of new people but once she trusts you, you have a best friend forever. She loves to chat and have conversations with us. She is very active and a strategic thinker. She is happiest when she is involved in everything that is happening around her and we call her the 'Security Guard' of the house. She loves to investigate and work challenges out. We are constantly amazed at her intelligence.
Rambo has a very different personality from her sister. Rambo is our little Bubba and loves cuddles. She runs to the door to greet us every time with her signature roly-poly-rub-my-belly move. All you have to say is "Hello Rambo, where is my roly poly?" Rambo reminds us every day when its her fafoo (food) time on the dot like an old grandfather clock. Her meows at fafoo time are just short of a song. She loves cuddles and snuggling up to her dad. She absolutely loves her sleep and has a few beds and baskets around the house especially for her.
Rocky and Rambo are the life in our home and we wouldn't have it any other way. We could tell you hours of stories about them. You can follow Rocky and Rambo on their instagram page https://www.instagram.com/rocky.and.rambo/
Thank you SADS for rescuing Rocky and Rambo for us. We are forever grateful and thankful for the great work that SADS do rescuing hundreds of cats and dogs every year.
