Storm is a very confident young girl, especially when she’s out of the shelter environment, where her personality really shines. She shows all the typical puppy behaviours—curious, energetic, and eager to take on the world. She walks well on lead for her age but will need ongoing, consistent training as she grows to help her develop into a well-mannered adult dog. Storm is highly motivated by food, toys, and people, which makes her a great candidate for positive-reinforcement training and learning new skills. Like many young dogs, Storm may also have a slight natural prey drive, something for adopters to be mindful of as she continues to learn and mature. With her fun puppy energy, she will benefit from continued dog socialisation to help her build good manners and confidence around other dogs. With structure, enrichment, and a commitment to training, Storm will make a loving, enthusiastic, and rewarding companion.
