•Extremely strong and bigger sized
• Active and loves human companionship
• Would not suit a family with small, young children
Hunter is a handsome chocolate Labrador who recently came into our care. When he arrived, we discovered a mass in his rectal wall, which was promptly removed—and since then, this resilient boy hasn’t skipped a beat! He’s been recovering wonderfully and is ready to start the next chapter of his life in a loving forever home.
True to his Labrador nature, Hunter is incredibly affectionate and enjoys being around both people and other dogs. He’s a social butterfly with a big personality and an even bigger heart. But make no mistake—Hunter is also a *very* strong boy! He’s a larger-sized Lab with plenty of energy, so his ideal adopter should be confident and physically capable of handling his strength, especially on walks or during playtime.
Due to his boisterous nature and size, Hunter would do best in an adult-only home or one with older teens. He means no harm, but his enthusiasm might be a bit too much for small children—he could easily knock them over in his excitement.
Hunter is looking for a home where he can stretch his legs, share snuggles, and continue living life to the fullest. If you’re an experienced dog lover looking for a loyal companion with a goofy grin and a heart of gold, Hunter might just be your perfect match.
