Meet Cindy, a sweet and timid soul who has been on a long journey of healing and trust. When Cindy first arrived at the shelter, she was terrified and traumatized, unsure of the world around her. Over time, with the support of her gentle canine companions and the caring staff, Cindy has begun to slowly come out of her shell. While still a bit shy, she has shown great progress and is ready to take the next step in finding her forever home. Cindy will need a very specific environment to continue her progress—a home with an existing, friendly male dog who can help her feel safe and comfortable as she adjusts to her new family. This special companion will play a key role in helping Cindy find the confidence she needs. After spending much of her time caring for her puppies, most of whom have found their loving homes, it's now Cindy's turn to find the peace and happiness she deserves.
