Meet Titus! a big-hearted gentle giant who came to us through no fault of his own, and the transition into shelter life hasn't been the easiest for him. We believe he has lived with another large dog before, and he appears to enjoy the company of other dogs at the shelter. Typical of the sighthound breed, Titus is worn out after a quick burst of exercise and is ready to soak up all the love and attention he can get. He absolutely adores a good pat and craves constant affection. Titus would be happiest in a home with a spacious backyard where he can stretch his legs. These gentle giants make the most loving pets, especially for someone who is around most of the time and understands the needs of "velcro dogs" who don't like to be left alone for long periods. Titus is a beautiful, affectionate dog who deserves to find a family that will love him forever and also offer him the training that he needs. Although Titus seems to be a fantastic canine overall, he will need someone with the patience and skill to reintroduce him to a normal life, this includes helping him deal with separation anxiety.
