When meeting other canines, Denver is unaware of his size and how intimidating this may to be smaller dogs. He can struggle with confidence when meeting other canines, so may benefit from living with a young, large, active female mate to show him the ropes. Once he feels comfortable he is extremely goofy, and thoroughly enjoys playing and interacting with other dogs. He appears to reads other canines’ behaviour extremely well, and tends to mimic this, before inviting them to play.
He loves his walks in the park but needs training on a lead as he underestimates how strong he can be. He will need an owner who has experience with large, strong, boisterous dogs and is able to begin training immediately.
Denver would suit a more adult home (older teenagers).
