Arnie will need a special home with a human companion, who through previous experience can instill into him the confidence he lacks. Once he feels safe with you he will relax and his very loving personality will shine. You will need to be home with him a lot but also have the ability to have him understand that sometimes he will need to be left alone. He will need an adult home as he does not appear to be comfortable around children. He seems happy to meet other dogs when out walking but is probably not "a park dog" as he can become overwhelmed by numbers. Arnie is toilet trained as he has been an inside dog in the past
