To the many friends of Matisse... it is with great sadness that we must tell you that he has been diagnosed with terminal veterinary problems and is nearing the end of his earthly journey. For what little time he has left with us he will be cared for and loved by Save-A-Dog Scheme in the knowledge that he is unable to be rehomed with his life companion Monet. As is sometimes the case his physical condition now means that he prefers to be alone so we will start the inevitable process of separating him from Monet in anticipation of his passing. You, his friends ,have loved him dearly and no dog or human can ask for more.
