Cheeto is a striking and spirited girl who arrived at SADS as a stray with little to no experience around people. Understandably, it took her some time to settle in and begin to trust us—but with patience and gentle care, she has made incredible progress. Cheeto has a very cheeky and independent personality and is not shy about letting you know when her boundaries have been crossed.

She is extremely playful, curious (when comfortable), and engaging. She is slowly learning how to enjoy human affection. Gentle pats are becoming a favourite, though she can still be startled by sudden movements or loud sounds.

For this reason, Cheeto is best suited to a calm, adult-only home with someone who understands that trust takes time and that her boundaries need to be respected.

To help her continue to blossom, Cheeto must be adopted with a confident, friendly cat companion who can guide her and help her adjust to life in a loving home. With the right match, Cheeto most definitely has so much joy and love to give!
