Animal Viewing Hours: 10 AM - 4 PM seven days/week

Adoption enquiries are generally not answered by email because these enquiries require the expertise of shelter staff who are only available by telephone on (03) 9824 7928 or 0418 389 810 however due to high demand of certain animals there are times, when adoption applications are via email only to ensure our phone lines are not blocked. We indicate if application is by email only on the animal’s profile.
